Not sure what to get? Gift certificates are available in any amount. You can elect to send it electronically or snail mail. Electronic certificates will be sent instantly, while cards will be mailed within two business days. We will provide a confirmation email of delivery for both methods.

MikiMiette.com is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. This tax is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder -- it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll confirm it for you!

We do not ship to APO/FPO & PO Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days via United Sates Postal Service. We use recycled shipping materials whenever possible. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation.

Currently, the majority of product represented on MikiMiette.com is sold exclusively thru our site, and we hold distribution rights to these exclusive products. Please email with wholesale inquiries, and we’d be happy to get you the right product for your store!
Some items are made using vintage materials. This will be clearly noted on the item description. We describe all vintage items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible, If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase. We cannot issue return refunds based on inconsistency of vintage qualities.
OUT OF STOCK
To keep the one-of-a-kind integrity of our product, only small runs are produced, and therefore stock is small. We strive to keep new & exciting product continuous on our site and will indicate immediately when a product is no longer available.
If there is a specific product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can make a note of it. And as soon as it becomes available again we will notify you instantly.
It is very important to us for you to be happy with your order and your shopping experience.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your order within Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise for domestic orders and within 21 days of international orders for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. Please see below for exceptions.
*Important: All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods.
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment or by store credit. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item (including tax) less any shipping fees you paid on the order. Also, you are responsible for shipping the returned item to us.
Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
1. Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
2. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized.
3. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard refused shipment policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material!
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 7 days.
We don't accept exchanges, but you can do the following:
Return an item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

While we want our store to be approachable and your buying experience fun, MikiMiette.com is serious about security and privacy.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
